  • You can return bogmug cup to us within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund or exchange (though certain conditions apply). The money will be returned to your account within 30 days of receiving your cancellation on the condition that the goods have been returned to us.
  • Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement and if the item is in original and undamaged condition, in its undamaged and original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, the customer is responsible for the goods until they are received by OÜ Mööbelsepp.
Mööbelsepp OÜ takes responsibility for defects that appear within 12 months from the delivery of the product. Responsibility will not be taken if:
  1. the product has been damaged by the customer
  2. the product has been machine washed or soaked
  3. the product has been damaged by external causes, such as fire Minor cracks and fading are not covered by warranty as they are common behavior of natural wood.
If the product does not meet the set requirements or has other shortcomings, you have the right to demand replacement of the product or cancel the order and return the defective product. In this case, transport will be paid by OÜ Mööbelsepp. Upon the return of a defective product, the full sum (including transport) will be returned to your bank account within 30 days from receiving the returned product.
